Studio

Our architect’s studio has its headquarters in Funchal, on Madeira Island. Over the last 20 years it has focused on developing residential projects – single and public housing - but it has also produced work for the tourism and service industries, mainly in Madeira.

All the work, from scheduling and preliminary study, through to the base project and the execution phase is followed closely by our team to ensure full coordination with all parties involved and achieve project coherence while avoiding mishaps, so that everything falls within the budget and the scheduling.

Luís Vilhena believes in a modern approach to architecture, respecting and using the full potential of every location and any relevant historical considerations; by adapting them to modern living it achieves results leading to architectural works that add value to their surroundings and contribute to the wellbeing of its future residents.
